On one particular winter morning on his return from a crusade Jareth was informed of the death of his wife. It was a band of men clad in black armor they had said.Saddened and enraged by this he vowed to one day find them. Time passed and he began to up his son Jared's training who was now 10. Leading him upon many battlefields in his training Jared began to show his fathers potential. More Years past and upon Jareds Eighteenth birthday Jareth heard once more of the Dark ones uprising those which had murdered his wife and without the kings consent left his two sons at the castle in search of overly due revenge. one day he was gone only to return home again in a casket ,the end of the great general was a mystery. Till this day the Phenicians still talk of this man a legend of his time and pay tribute upon the large statue made in his honor wich resides in the kings courtyard .Life continued and his purpose in life was now to find these fugatives. having Vowed to Alyssa that there youngest son would not be taught the ways of a warrior he left him behind under the care of The King and Queen.
